Next Thursday February 27th CrossFit HQ will announce the first workout of the 2025 CrossFit Open and that will be the programmed workout for all CrossFit Group Classes on Friday February 28th.
The weightlifting-gymnastics couplet workout is a hallmark of CrossFit programming. Benchmark workouts like Diane, Elizabeth or Fran pair a challenging gymnastics movement with a barbell movement providing an unparalleled training stimulus. Elegant and effective!
I don’t know that we can prevent arthritis but you certainly have influence over your arthritis symptoms. Training as you age requires a lot more effort and personal care than training while you are young.
The workouts are exactly like what we do in class. They are scalable to every level. But somehow, competition brings out a little something extra and is always more fun and more memorable than the regular workouts we do every day.
